Will I get loose skin after using Lipotrim?

There is unlikely to be much loose skin after Lipotrim use.

The body is restored to normal composition after weight loss. Younger patients will restore their normal skin tone more quickly than older patients.

Age and collagen depletion are the main factors involved and no special action is required.

  • I lost 6.2kg within 13 days. Is this normal? When can is it best for me to start having lite diet like maintenance I really don’t want to regain the weight.

2nd the weight starts fast within the 1st week then it’s slowly. I’m losing the weight but my tummy is not going.

    • Hi Dainty, well done on the weight loss which is as we would predict.
Please revisit the Lipotrim Patient Education DVD on our total food replacement page which explains the science behind the programme and what to expect.

In summary the first week is predominantly glycogen and water loss, hence the quick and large initial weight loss. There is a finite reserve of glycogen and associated water so after the first week or so you are then using the body fat. This doesn’t have associated water so the weight loss value slows on the scales to around 3lb per week, every week. This is predictable so long as the diet is followed strictly.

The loss of “tummy” depends upon the amount of total excess weight carried and so long as you remain compliant this will decrease appropriately.
